At least once a week I have what I like to call a 'Fat Day'. This means if I see it I'll eat it, no questions asked.... oh wait, one question; is there meat in it? Otherwise, I'm good.
I like to pride myself on the fact that I eat well. I generally have my five a day, I like trying new food (the fried baby squid was a mistake though) and I enjoy cooking things from scratch, but sometimes.... I just wanna eat shit!
I also pride myself on being active. Don't get me wrong I go online every day, but I like to be outside gardening, jogging, socialising etc. But sometimes.... I just don't wanna do shit!
Today I'm having a Fat Day. I'm eating shit and not doing shit and it's great!
